We will study your requirements and propose an effective solution. We will examine all operations and produce documentation, such as Functional Specification, detailing the functions of a computerised system most suited to your needs. We will supply both hardware and software elements of the designed system and supervise the implementation of the whole project to its successful completion.

Feasibility Study We will examine all available options to fulfil present and future requirements with room to expand.

Statement of Requirements We will liaise closely with all departments to produce a statement of requirements outlining all your needs.

Proposed Solution We will draft a proposal suggesting a best-fit solution, incorporating all possible costs and presenting realistic time-scales.

Functional Specification We will outline all the functions of the proposed system which will satisfy your requirements. The Functional Specification will comprise of operational procedures, flowcharts, file systems, capacities, input and output procedures, printing systems and securities.

Technical Specification - This is a far more detailed form of the above document. Here, the file systems will detail record and field sizes and properties, input screens and report formats will be designed and securities will assign specific operational rules. This Technical Specification will complete an in depth, overall assessment of the expected functions of the system to be implemented.

Development Based on Functional or Technical Specification Documents we will develop a complete system. This will include the generation of computer software, and the configuration of all hardware or hybrid structures, meeting the requirements identified during the designing of the system. We will test every function of the system using real data and genuine situations. We will draft user guides and manuals explaining all operations of the system and guiding the user through all its functions.

Management We will manage the whole project to prompt completion, ensuring full compliance to specified requirements.

Implementation We will install and configure all system components, software, hardware and hybrids with minimum down time. We will train the staff on all aspects of the system and improve the workflow.

Maintenance Updates We will maintain your new system, with regular updates to ensure stability and up-to-date facilities.
